Corrections get read first, and a factual error produces a visible update to the page rather than a silent edit. Questions and product suggestions are welcome too.

What to send

The three things most worth sending

  • A correction. A specification that has changed, a product that is no longer sold, a figure we have got wrong. These are the most valuable emails we get and they produce a visible page update with a changed date.
  • A gap. A question this site should answer and does not, or a current model we have missed. Both genuinely shape what gets written next.
  • A disagreement. If you own one of these and our assessment does not match your experience, that is worth knowing. We do not test these products, which means a reader who owns one knows something we do not.

Questions

Common questions

How do I report an error on a page?

Use the form on this page or email contact@hushandhaul.com, and if you can, name the page and the specific figure. Corrections are the most useful thing a reader can send and they get read first — our editorial policy covers how they are handled.

Will you review a product if I ask?

Suggestions are genuinely welcome, particularly for models we have missed. Two constraints: it has to be currently sold, and the manufacturer has to publish specifications we can verify. We do not review products from memory.

Do you accept review samples or sponsored content?

No sponsored content, no paid placement, and no brand has any input into what appears here or in what order. If that ever changed, it would be disclosed prominently on the affected page rather than in a policy update nobody reads.

Is there a phone number?

No. This is a small publisher run from an inbox, and there is no phone line to give you. Inventing a number to look more substantial would be fabricated contact detail, so email is the only route.

How quickly will I hear back?

Corrections and factual challenges get priority. Everything else is read, and answered where there is something useful to say. This is one person rather than a support team, so please allow a few days.
